April Fools Day is upon us again. Was reminded by plastic sandwich baggie affixed to shower head with rubber band this morning. Liz left me a present...awww.

Still have not thought of a way to get her.

Been watching a lot of TV. Caught the last half of South Park last night. Was hilarious (mostly) but a huge part of me was insulted by the Mel Gibson that was portrayed. I love Mel, and was crushed to see him dance about in a clown suit. Very much enjoyed him farting on Cartman in the last scene.

Watched the news this morning. Apparently there is a homicidal recipe in the April issue of Southern Cooking magazine. The biscuit recipe calls for Crisco to be added to a pot of boiling water. When the Crisco melts in the pot, the oil stays above the water and creates a dangerous barrier. Then the water explodes, splashing the poor fool who subscribes to that expensive magazine, causing burns and other fun. Sometimes the stove even catches on fire. The news correspondent even did some live demonstrations, with the fire department all geared up nearby. It was very interesting.

Tried to find a copy of that magazine today before they were all pulled from the shelves, but no luck. A killer cookbook is definitely something I would like to add to my culinary library.
